2. What the app stores on your device

RunRunBaby stores the settings needed to make the app work and remember your choices.

• Selected language, accent color, run type, run mode, Fartlek or VO2 Max setup, warmup length, interval count, and reminder interval.
• Optional profile inputs, such as birth date or actual maximum heart rate, if you enter them for heart-rate guidance.
• Run history used for the in-app stats view, including start time, end time, duration, run type, selected mode, reminder setting, and stop reason.
• Known heart-rate devices, if you connect one, including the local Bluetooth identifier and display name so the app can reconnect more easily.

This app data is stored locally on your device. RunRunBaby does not require an account.

3. Heart rate and Bluetooth

Heart rate is optional. If you turn on HR, RunRunBaby uses Bluetooth to scan for and connect to local BLE heart-rate monitors. During a run, the app uses live heart-rate readings to show and cue effort, especially for Zone 2 guidance.

Live heart-rate readings are used in the active session and for on-screen guidance. RunRunBaby does not upload heart-rate readings to a RunRunBaby server, sell them, use them for advertising, or use them for tracking.

You can turn HR off in the app, disconnect the device, or revoke Bluetooth permission in iOS Settings.

4. Audio cues

RunRunBaby plays bundled audio cues, beeps, and system speech prompts. The app does not record your voice and does not send microphone audio to us. The app uses background audio only so cues can play during a run and alongside music apps.

5. No ads, analytics, or tracking

RunRunBaby does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, or behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal data.

6. Website and App Store

This website is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested URL to deliver and protect the site.

If you tap the App Store button, Apple handles that request and any App Store purchase, download, review, or device data under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we process the email address, message content, and any information you choose to include so we can respond and resolve the request.

8. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you change settings, delete individual logs where the app offers that control, or delete the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet normal business or legal obligations.

9. Your choices

• Use RunRunBaby without connecting a heart-rate device.
• Turn HR off inside the app or revoke Bluetooth permission in iOS Settings.
• Delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.

10. Health and fitness note

RunRunBaby is a fitness guidance app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional before changing your training.

11. Children

RunRunBaby is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app if you are not allowed to consent to the processing described here under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as RunRunBaby changes. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
