No training plan. Just a bit of structure for a lot of progress.

Zone 2 Fartlek VO2 Max

This is what matters

Keep it simple, stupid.

Running and progress is easy when you stop making every run a project.

⚡ The simple rule

No matter the level:

👉 Most = Zone 2 👉 Some = Speed (VO2 + Fartlek) 👉 Always = Recovery

Built for everyday runners

This app is built for everyday runners.

We will not break the world record, but we will keep progressing and enjoying our runs.

I have a WHOOP, I wear a Garmin, I have Strava, Stryd, Holi App - you name it. My marathon time is under 3 hours and my half marathon is 1:20.

The one thing I have learned: for all the training plans, data, and structure I have followed, for most of us everyday runners - competitive, progress-hungry, but not pros; the kind who might run a half anywhere between 1:15 and 2:30 - it does not need to be that complicated.

Consistency gets most of the results most of us are looking for. A little structure gives us the edge and keeps it fun.

That is why I built RunRunBaby. When I run now, I want to run with intent and hear simple cues in my headphones, but I do not have the head, time, or life structure to follow some fancy training plan. I built this for me and I love it. If you are a runner at any level and want to keep the simplicity of a good run, I think you will love it too.

The line

This is for the everyday runner.

Have a plan without having one. Just run. Run run Baby!
